This package is ideal for a business who is looking to improve systems and processes while adding others that could be done in-house or outsourced, who have a sense of urgency to get them accomplished sooner, rather than later.

National Championship Package

Best for a business looking to quickly add and improve many systems and processes.

We will write a full job description and responsibilities for a current or future position in your company. This includes two meetings to discuss the position and up to three revisions.

This offering is tailored to meet your need and can include something as simple as a review of current sales processes with minor revisions or creating a totally new sales process for salespeople to follow. This also includes building out the training and implementation strategy.

Sales Training & Implementation

We will train all salespeople on the new or existing sales process and implement strategies to ensure compliance.

Compensation Development

Our team will review or create compensation packages for a specific role to ensure the compensation package is in line with the role and responsibilities carried out by the employee.

CRM Development & Implementation

Review or develop a CRM system built around automation, reports, dashboards, sales pipelines, marketing ROI & strategies, workflows, and analysis to ensure accurate business intelligence.

Design Onboarding Program For New Hires

Our team will review or develop an onboarding process per role that will ensure a new hire is set up for success. The goal is to retain new employees and get them up to speed faster.

Develop Interview Questions

Create interview questions for phone and in-person interviews to ensure you hire the right individual for the role. These will be very specific questions to gauge their fit for the role, your company, and your company culture.

Help Conduct Interviews & Provide Feedback for Potential Hire

We will attend and/or conduct an interview for you. This includes resume reviews and scheduling the initial phone screening that will qualify someone for an in-person interview. We will provide feedback on the candidates based on the company objectives and role.

Create an ongoing coaching and development strategy for managers and executives to ensure they are investing the proper amount of time into their direct reports. This is aimed at improving performance and retention among all employees.

Build a strategy around a new or existing product offering that should be a focus for your company and drive sales.

Data Analysis & Recommendations

Review business data to understand really what the data is suggesting and how your company can capitalize on the data. Often leads to increased profitability and efficiencies.

Building Reports & Dashboards for Business Intelligence

Build reports and dashboards from the data being collected from the company so it can be used in an easy-to-read format that will drive better business decisions centered around profitability, employee improvement through training & accountability, marketing ROI, process improvements, automation, and improved efficiencies.

Individual Coaching & Development Per Employee

We will conduct 30-minute weekly or twice-a-month coaching sessions with an employee that needs improvement in their role. This requires a three-month commitment. We will provide you with a meeting recap detailing what was discussed and agreed upon.
