My Fractional CXO

About

My Fractional CXO is teed up and ready to help you win the game.

To grow and achieve success in business, you must do more than just score new customers. You must develop a strategy to win it all. That’s where we come in.

When you hire My Fractional CXO, you get more than just a business coach. You get a playbook customized to your business and designed to help you beat the competition and scale your business.

To design the best plays, we must first look at your game feed to see what you are and are not doing to achieve your business goals. Just know we’re not trying to be a Monday-morning quarterback. We simply need to take inventory of your operations and key players to create a game-winning strategy.

Once we’ve designed your playbook. The ball is in your court to implement it across your business operations. But don’t worry. We won’t leave you out in left field. Our team works with you and offers support as you improve your systems and processes and optimize your workforce.

It’s not easy- but we play to win, and when you work with us, you’ll score big.

Meet Coach Ryan

My Fractional CXO Founder

I like to think of myself as a missionary coach. Someone brought into an organization to strategize and lead your team to victory

I have over 20 years of experience driving economic and business growth by managing company budgets and resources, fulfilling customer requirements, and maximizing sales volume. Ultimately, I enjoy helping businesses grow and achieve their goals.

Working as a full-time employee taught me a lot, but it meant I could only help one company at a time. Once I helped a business hit the target, things usually went into maintenance mode. I felt like my role was stagnant, and I found myself yearning for a new challenge. At this point, I would begin searching for new opportunities, and the cycle started over again.

I quickly realized that growing a business, increasing topline revenue, and improving efficiencies are my wheelhouse. It’s what brings me joy and satisfaction at the end of the day.

One consistent theme in the trades is that business owners have a lot of great ideas on growth, they are just unsure or even affraid to take the necessary steps to get there. They need someone in their corner to give them a little push and encourage them to get over the hump. Once they see a roadmap on how to get there it becomes an easy decision to make. This is what all great coaches do with their athletes – they give them direction and encouragement to reach their full potenital. Moving into a fractional COO/CRO/CSO/CEO/CMO allows me the opportunity to help businessowers reach their potential – much like I did with my athletes as a division 2 mens basketball coach in the NCAA.

Time and time again in my professional career, I have noticed service-based businesses acting in a reactive way- meaning they are focused on survival. That’s understandable. After all, you have to do whatever it takes to win the game, but it won’t help you in the long run to grow your company. To win it all, you have to be proactive and leverage the talent on your team

That’s where strategic alignment comes into play.

To achieve alignment, I work with owners and executives to arrange the structure of their business in a way that encourages systems and people to work together to reach the company’s big-picture goal and achieve maximum growth.

I understand changing the way you’ve “always done it” can be frightening. In fact, most business owners I work with are unsure or afraid to take the first steps to get to the top. They need a coach in their corner giving them a little push and some encouragement to get them over the hump and a playbook in hand to show them how to get started.

Much like a top athletic coach, this is what I provide the business owners I work with. My Fractional CXO allows me the opportunity to help businesses reach their full potential – similar to the athletes I worked with as a Division 2 men’s basketball coach in the NCAA.

Outside of the professional realm, I enjoy sports (basketball, to be specific), spending time outdoors, fishing, and working on home improvement projects. But, most of all, I enjoy spending time with my wife Kimberly, son Corbin (17), daughter Kinley (15), and our 3 dogs, Otis, Moses, & Tobias.

I look forward to working with you to develop a customized playbook to help your business grow and reach its full potential.
