My Fractional CXO, LLC provides fractional executive and consulting services. Services are billed on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Our services operate on a month-to-month basis. Either party may cancel with written notice before the next billing cycle.

Our services are provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas. Any disputes shall first be resolved through mediation in Kansas before pursuing other remedies.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
